We cultivate a community of helping each other every day and strive to provide a great working enviroment, and offer a flexible work/life balance.

20 Days is compromised mostly of women, who all have families and children.  Most of our employees have been here with us for many, many years and we had the priviledge of seeing their families grow up over the years.  Every Thanksgiving we cater a feast for the crew and give thanks for all that we have!
